Billing questions
PIX, bank slip and recurring credit card. For every method, the service invoice (NFS-e) is issued automatically once the payment is confirmed.
You sign up by choosing a plan, use the system for 14 days with full access to that plan's features and without needing to enter a credit card. Three days before the trial ends we notify you by email. You only pay if you decide to continue.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time (immediate effect, with prorated billing). You can downgrade at the start of the next billing cycle. No penalty, no minimum contract period.
Yes, no fine. Your access continues until the end of the already paid cycle. PDF audit reports for sent notifications are accessible from the dashboard even after cancellation.

We warn you before charging. You can upgrade your plan (recommended for recurring use) or pay for extra recipients at R$ 0.80 each per month (recommended for occasional spikes).
