The classic HR problem

You have an important announcement: new PLR policy, change in time rule, NR training. Print, sign, distribute, collect signatures, file in folder. Six months later, during the labor process, someone asks: "where is the proof that João was warned?" — and the folder disappeared.

With RDOC#, each communication becomes a unique link. Each recipient views it, answers a questionnaire (if they want to validate understanding), and signs with a click. The system generates the audit PDF with the IP, timestamp and hash of the original message. This PDF is proof.

Common HR scenarios

  • Written warning — send individually, with read confirmation, IP and signature. It replaces the "physical document that the employee refused to sign".
  • Policy change (PLR, period, home office) — communicated to the entire company with real-time viewing rate. Identify who hasn't read it yet and use the automatic reminder.
  • Mandatory training (NR, integration) — attach the material and add a questionnaire at the end. The employee only signs after answering correctly.
  • Notice of collective dismissal or layoff — formal and auditable evidence that each person received the communication within the legal deadline.

How would it look in practice

  1. You create the notification in RDOC# with the text, attachments and questionnaire (optional).
  2. Select a group (e.g. "Managers 2026") or individual recipients.
  3. RDOC# sends an email with a unique link to each person.
  4. The panel shows who has read, who has responded and who has not yet interacted.
  5. At the end of the deadline, download the audit PDF. Ready for digital file or process.
