RDOC# is short for Documents, Records, Digital Signatures and Distribution. The name came before the product. The product came to solve a concrete pain: proving corporate communication.
Why we exist
In any serious company, internal communication is not just "passing the information" — it's proving that it passed. HR, legal, billing, schools, condominiums: everyone has experienced "I wasn't warned" and discovered, at the wrong time, that the only proof they have is an email on the server that no one knows if it was read.
RDOC# was created to respond to this pain in a simple way. Each notification sent generates an automatic audit trail. Each recipient has its own status, IP, timestamp. The final PDF is delivered ready to enter into any process, audit or presentation to management.
